Bella's On Fort Couch: A Culinary Gem in Pittsburgh's South Hills

My first time eating here and I was pleasantly satisfied. Most of the restaurants in the area are chain, so I was happy to find this small business. The decor was dated and gave a senior citizens vibe. My service was excellent, she was on point. The broiled stuffed jumbo shrimp was full of flavorful lump crab meat. It was a big plate, I struggled to finish it all but I did. The wait staff was polite enough to carry me out to my car because I was so full.

Great restaurant, delicious food, excellent service and conveniently located near the South Hills Village Mall. Pricing is reasonable, and the apple crisp cannoli might be a unique seasonal dessert and very good. Our server Alex was awesome, she recommended the Spots which were the best I’ve ever had. Thank you Alex!

The food is absolutely beautiful here and is so good. Our service was awesome, Scott could not have done better. Pictures are Chicken Marie (no goat cheese), Shrimp scoliosis pasta, and chicken parmesan with red sauce. New review: We went back most recently on Valentine’s Day. They made the best dairy and gluten free calamari, phenomenal stuffed peppers and I got the calabrese pasta (gluten free) and added chicken. It was A*++++ Mike was the best waiter we’ve ever had. His attention to detail is unmatched. Can’t wait to go back!!! Such a classy place.

Absolutely wonderful evening at Bella's! We had a party of 20 and service was top-notch and the food (as always) was excellent. The servers were always coming around to top off the drinks and to make sure everyone was satisfied and didn't need anything. You can't go wrong giving Bella's a try! A gem in the South Hills!

This restaurant always serves great food and is our South Hills choice for special dinners. We like the lounge atmosphere and always ask for a booth there. Ashley was our server tonight who was fun, helpful, and high-energy. We look forward to our next visit!

Just moved to the area and met a friend at Bella's for a celebration luncheon. Hands down, the BEST meal I've had since moving to the Pittsburgh area! The chicken marsala and chicken romano were AMAZING! Tip: request a side of the lemon cream sauce for dipping....you won't be disappointed! The white French dressing is drinkable.....can't remember the last time I enjoyed a salad to that extent. Nick, our server, was polite, fun, attentive and made menu suggestions that took our lunch to the next level. Kudos to Bella's on Fort Couch.....my new go to restaurant!

Absolutely amazing! We had not been here in years and decided to check it out again. We were thrilled! From the appetizers to the entrées to the drinks, everything was delicious! So many choices with the main menu and the seasonal menu. The provolone was absolutely amazing as always! They had a special risotto made with bacon and asparagus that was delicious and so full of flavor. The woman beside us got the eggplant Parmesan and after seeing it, we had to have it! Delicious! From start to finish the staff, atmosphere, and food were all amazing! Highly recommend!!
